Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the retail market effectively.
  • Identify key target accounts and establish strategic relationships with decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI hardware & software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our AI technology.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in AI technology for retail.
  • Utilize market intelligence to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support.
  • Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector with a focus on hardware & software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex technical products or AI solutions to retail clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
