Established in 1984, POSIFLEX used to design and manufacture PC and peripheral OEM/ODM products. POSIFLEX began its transformation in 1991 to commit to the professional design and production of point of sale (POS) management systems and peripheral products and started marketing OBM products worldwide under the brand name POSIFLEX in 1996. Now, POSIFLEX is marketed worldwide as one of the leading brands in the industry and has established subsidiaries and offices in various nations (e.g., the United States, Germany, Japan, India, China, Singapore, and Malaysia) to provide local and prompt services. The Taiwan headquarters serves as the operations center, and POSIFLEX's electronics laboratory and plant operations management have been certified by the ISO 9001/14001 professional specifications. All stages of production for all products, from R&D and design to manufacturing, are done internally by POSIFLEX. POSIFLEX controls the core technologies and has now developed over 20 POS system and peripheral application products and acquired over 30 patents from Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and other overseas countries, and has been recognized by multiple world-class design awards.
