Senior Executive/ Junior Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Efficient coordination & communication with the foreign shipping lines & Sub Agents in India
• Systematic planning on break bulk vessel operation at Port and system operation.
• Monitoring of vessel operation and material loading from the Port
• Coordination with the port & customs authorities and preparation of Payment Requisition, Note for approval etc. and preparation of system (Lorry receipts) LRs, E-way bills etc.
• Monitoring of port operation (Loading & Unloading of material), vehicle management
• Coordination with the Vessel master and crew members (as and when required)

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the shipping industry, specifically with foreign shipping lines.
• Proven track record in systematic planning and execution of port operations.
• Candidate must have good Communication skills
• He must be hard working and ready to work in flexible hours (Shifts) as and when required
• Should have clear geographical knowledge of India.
• Computer Knowledge. (MS- Office), power-point presentation & Web surfing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in port and vessel operation systems.
• Strong understanding of custom regulations and port procedures.
• Expertise in systematic planning and execution of vessel operations.
• Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including port and customs authorities.
