Jr. Manager - Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Need to have hands on experience in Electrical + Mechanical maintenance within the steel industry or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery. Knowledge and work experience in EOT crane and Utility Maintenance.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools for tracking activities and inventory. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

• Knowledge of Safety regulations and protocols in an industrial environment

• Knowledge of TS-16949 / ISO-14001 / 45001 requirements and related documentation.

• Conducting various Maintenance Trainings, Incident analysis & Maintain Compliances with records related to Maintenance Management

• Innovation / QSS Activities at factory

Preferred candidate profile

Min. 8~10 years in Ele Maintenance in Steel / Auto Company/ Manufacturing Industry

Experience in Electrical & Mechanical Machine Maintenance, EOT crane & other Utility (D.G. / Compressor / Fire hydrant etc.) Maintenance.

Steel industry / Processing center experience in Mechanical Maintenance
