Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supply & Demand planning.

- Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted demand growth.

- Responsibility of handling the category team.

- Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.

- Improve customer wallet share through cross-selling and other strategies

- Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals

- Manage team and ensure target delivery through the team.

- Ensure Customer and partner experience is intact for the category.

- Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization.

- Use data to analyze & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers.

- Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.

Skills Required:

- Ability to train, coach and support the team members

- Good team management skills

- Fluency in Telugu & Hindi is mandatory

- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Should be extremely good in making reports, interpreting them and driving insights out of the same

- High ownership and responsiveness at all times

- Highly efficient in excel skills

- Basic knowledge of SQL

- Strong numerical and analytical skill
