Job Specifications:

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive, from the furnishing, Architect-Interior or having some knowledge about the building material segment, to contribute to the growth of our company by inputting new and innovative methods and ideas to conduct the product sales and thus improvise and enhance the company's presence in the market.


Job Requirements:

  • Masters degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the building material or relevant industry.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Neat and well - groomed appearance
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and customer service skills.

Job Description:

The Applicant shall

  • Familiarize self with all the products offered by the company.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Develop new strategies to pitch products in the architecture and interior segment.
  • Develop and manage an efficient channel sales network to improve the sales performance and add on to the company's growth.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assignment segment.
  • Lead generation through visiting perspective architecture and interior designer.
  • Regular Meetings and presentations, design discussion to showcase brand, product range and applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relation to architecture and interior designer to promote a brand.
  • Provide product samples and digital designs to assist and inspire architects and designers. Conduct virtual or on-site presentations to explain the design, trends, and innovative uses of the product.
  • Work closely with high potential project, architecture designer to understand project requirement and incorporate companys product.
  • Regular follow up of the project with architecture and designer to resolve any concerns.
  • Meeting up with the dealer to ensure smooth delivery of product to designer, architecture on their sites.
  • Stay update with trade shows, designs trade preference of the materials and colors.
  • Gathering feedback related to product design and applications from various designers.
  • Maintain the data of key architecture designer.
  • Collection of the photos and videos of the applied sites.
  • Develop a strategy to increase a market share.
  • Prepare monthly report progress present to management.
