Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in branding and digital marketing within the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, particularly in B2B contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on technical and industry-specific messaging.
• Proficiency in social media management and advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices for the industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Job Description:

The Applicant shall

• Coordinate with creative agency & vendors for design & development of collateral
• Coordinate with technical experts to translate product features into customer-centric messaging.
• Communication & coordination with internal & external team (Sales team)
• Development / Maintenance of Plan on Digital, Such as SEO, Festive calendars on timely basis
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Create and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, info graphics, and other marketing collateral.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media channels.
• Craft and execute branding strategies that align with the building materials industry, emphasizing quality, durability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agency to handle the website design and development.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on various digital platforms.
• Manage and grow our presence on industry-specific social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and industry forums.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on all the social media accounts
• Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
• Prepare online newsletters and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
• Keep updated of all the required database of the company (i.e., product images and videos)
• Client coordination as and when required
