Social Media Marketing & Search Engine Optimization Executive

Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing & SEO Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media and search engine optimization strategies. This role aims to increase brand awareness, improve search rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online engagement. The role involves creating engaging content, optimizing website performance, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends to enhance the organization's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media and SEO strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Schedule and post content consistently while optimizing for reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance for better ROI.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
• Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and partnerships.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and SEO.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and link-building techniques.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, including PPC and SEM.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
• Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Knowledge of paid advertising on social platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
