Job Description
- To disseminate Policies, SOPs, SLAs, to collection team and collection agencies.
- To provide sufficient training and ensure implementation and adherence of same.
- To provide and establish collection & Hygiene process and controls at all collection touch points, including above.
- To monitor and ensure process adherence at all levels transaction, people, vendor, vendor staff.
- To monitor and ensure adherence to hierarchy and approval workflows.
- To travel, train, review, scrutinize and ensure complete implementation of all Collection processes and practices in zone.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team members to ensure process changes are effectively integrated.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all processes comply with company standards and industry regulations.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise from process changes or inefficiencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
