Job Description
- Maintains oversight of all commercial Accounts Receivable Invoices, including direct management of past due or problem accounts.
- Manages mid-sized team of Collection Analysts on a global basis
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounts Receivable, Operations, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Tax and IT departments to resolve collection matters
- Develops and maintains collection KPIs and measures performance of the Collections function
- Presents business reviews with Leadership Team, providing portfolio status, metrics, insights and recommendations associated with customers
- Works closely with FP&A on monthly cash collection targets
- Prepare schedules to support external audit and internal team deliverables
- Perform collection analytics and trends for month end and quarterly reporting
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
- Ensure compliance with SOX 404 key controls
- Identify and collaborate on solutions for collection process deficiencies
- Partner with cross-functional business partners and third parties to implement best practices, automation, and continuous process improvements
- Continue to grow the use of GETPAID tool
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5+ years of B2B collections experience
Minimum 3+ years of management of a global collection team
Experience with SAP ERP (S4/HANA a plus)
Critical thinker with a risk-based approach mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement new processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
High level of accuracy, resourceful
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Suite a plus
Proficiency in GETPAID a strong plus
Experience with high technology clients in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space a plus
