Position Overview: The Collection Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing,
implementing, and optimizing collection strategies that maximize recovery rates while maintaining
positive customer experiences. This role involves analyzing data, monitoring trends, and
collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices in collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive collection strategies that align with company
objectives.
Analyze collection data and metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend
improvements.
Collaborate with credit risk, finance, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive
approach to collections.
Design and manage collection processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness.
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
Conduct regular training sessions for the collections team on best practices and new
strategies.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on collection performance and strategy
outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in collections and debt recovery.
Responsible for Internal External Audit
Automation of Internal External process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree
preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in collections, credit risk management, or financial services.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and
clients.
Proficiency in collections software and CRM systems.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to collections and consumer protection laws.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Language proficiency in Python , R or any programming.
Proficiency in Collection concepts / terminology
Advance MS-Excel proficiency
