Job Description
- Accurately update limits in the Risk Management System (RMS).
- Perform daily reconciliation of funds received and payments made.
- Execute daily billing processes accurately.
- Prepare and send contract notes and margin statements to clients.
- Regularly reconcile the securities register to ensure accurate records.
- Handle and resolve client complaints effectively.
- Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
- Implement updates to processes as needed based on regulatory changes or best practices.
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience and graduate degree in business management or similar field.
- Knowledge of NRI operations, all regulations applicable and MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc)
- Interpersonal skills, Interpretation skills, Technical skills and Problem solving skills.
- Good to have knowledge of Busywin back office software
