Job Title: Account Manager

What you ll be doing:
As an account manager, you ll actively support the finance team with diverse tasks and projects,
offering a hands-on opportunity to gain experience and contribute to the organization s overall
financial success. Collaborating closely with professionals, you ll gain experience in various finance
areas and valuable insights.
What we need from you:
We are seeking a diligent accountant to assist our team. The candidate will be responsible for
recording and maintaining all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales,
Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions
Maintain all the records files in a proper manner
Record all expenses and review those expenses keep track of expenses every
month. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST
Generating invoices and challan on a daily basis
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
Should be resourceful, highly organized, and self-motivated to put processes in place.
Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per statutory guidelines.
Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns and issue Form 16/16A to deductees.
Perform bank reconciliation, insurer and distributor account reconciliation, and other required
reconciliations.
Ensure accurate tracking of financial transactions.
Utilize advanced Excel functions for financial analysis, data validation, pivot tables, and
VLOOKUPs.

What skills experience you ll bring to us:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
Certification in GST or TDS is a plus.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as a part of a team. Open to
feedback and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Initiative and Adaptability: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. Ability to adapt
to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
