Key Responsibilities:

• Expense Recording: Assist in the accurate recording of company expenses into the accounting system, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
• Account Reconciliation: Help with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations of expense accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Data Entry and Analysis: Support the preparation and analysis of expense data, helping to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Invoice Processing: Assist with the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of internal financial reports, including variance analysis and expense tracking.
• Documentation: Maintain and organize documentation related to expense claims, accounting records, and other related financial materials.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within Finance and the wider business to ensure seamless expense management processes.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide administrative and project support to senior team members as needed.

• Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
