Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Rewards & Recognition at Poojara Telecom in Ahmedabad.
- We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy General Manager Rewards & Recognition to lead and design impactful rewards programs that drive employee engagement and performance.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing reward initiatives that align with company objectives and foster a culture of excellence.
- Design and Implement Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards and recognition strategy that supports employee motivation, retention, and business goals.
- Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the company remains competitive in the rewards space.
- Program Management: Manage the implementation of innovative rewards and recognition programs (monetary and non-monetary), ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to identify and address employee needs through meaningful rewards programs that drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Policy Development: Develop policies related to performance-based rewards and ensure compliance with internal standards and market practices.
- Communication & Training: Drive awareness and understanding of reward programs across the organization through clear communication strategies and training initiatives.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Regularly assess program effectiveness through data analytics, reporting to senior management on impact, engagement levels, and ROI.
