Manager HR - Compensation and benefits
- 8+ to 15 years of experience in corporate HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel,Powerpoint) and PowerBl Strong background in HRIS implementation and restructuring
- Proven experience in managing large payroll operations . Knowledgeable in Statutory Compliance
- Strong involvement in Digital HR transformation & Policy making Proficiency in establishing KPIs and implementing incentive plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and drive compensation strategies and structures that align with the companys objectives for specific geographies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR policies.
- Provide guidance and partner with HR and management on policies/benefits related matters
- Analyze compensation/policies and benefits trends for assigned countries and provide proposals for implementation when and where required.
- Keep abreast of local legislations and drive BAU policy aspects that are required.
- Manage compensation-related projects and initiatives.
- He/She is required to be a self starter initiative taker and must come with a bias for both design thinking and timely execution
