- We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.

- Track key account metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive customer success.

- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Business or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

- Strong understanding of account management principles and sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive results.

- Experience in handling B2B clients is a plus.
