Senior Manager - Plant HR

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee all HR activities at the plant level, ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement.
🔹 Manage legal & statutory compliances to ensure adherence to labor laws and industrial regulations.
🔹 Handle union negotiations and maintain a balanced industrial environment.
🔹 Develop and implement HR policies and best practices for employee welfare and organizational growth.
🔹 Lead Performance Management System (PMS) and drive employee performance improvement.
🔹 Spearhead training & development programs to enhance workforce skills and productivity.
🔹 Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
🔹 Focus on organizational development initiatives to improve workplace culture and efficiency.
🔹 Guide and mentor HR teams for team development and succession planning.
