Assistant Manager - Product Design

Job Description:

Develop and design automotive interior & exterior components using Siemens NX (version 11.0 or higher)

Utilize your skills in solid modeling, surface modeling and 2D drafting to bring concepts to life.

Focus on designing interior parts like pillar trims, instrument panels and more.

Apply your knowledge of tolerances for plastic materials.

Ensure assembly clearance and perform validation checks.

CAD data and drawing making for Pillar trims /soft trims/Instrument Panel/Door Trims

DFMEA / BOM Creation / RFQ / GD&T

Experience of Automotive INTERIOR & Exterior part design:

a. Concept Section Making

b. Plastic part design (A/B/C Surface)

c. Understanding of Tolerance for plastic material & component

d. Assembly Clearance and validation

e. Can understand the CAE and prepare the countermeasures

f. Paint process knowledge
