Role & responsibilities: Identifies business opportunities, pinpoints and tries to resolve existing and/or potential problems. Expertise in B2C channel sales with relevant Electrical Products (Switches, Retail Wires & Switchgear).Thorough understanding of Polycab and competitor products and benefits offered. Expressing ideas and suggestions in a clear manner and demonstrates the ability to successfully persuade and influence others. Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/ targets in new / existing markets. Help ASM to manage channel partner or distributor. Recognizes useful and relevant contacts; approaches them accordingly to obtain benefit for his/her organization. Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
