About The Role :.

Assisting customers for online purchase of health insurance plans telephonically.
  • Pitching best suited insurance plans to the costumers.

    Explaining plan features and convincing customers to purchase the plan through us.
  • Ensuring high conversion ratios on leads provided to them through sales approach and proper follow ups.

    Customer Handlinganswers all questions and concerns customer might have.
  • Ensuring work accuracy and customer satisfaction.

    Ensuring adherence to documented processes, procedures and controls.

    Skills Required.
