Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our insurance broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored risk management solutions. This role requires strong networking skills, in-depth knowledge of commercial lines & motor insurance products, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in companies.
• Generate leads through networking, referral and build on leads provided from Policy Boss
• Understand client requirements and offer customized insurance solutions.

Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
• Develop expertise in corporate insurance products, including Property, Liability, Marine, Group Health & Motor Insurance

Sales Targets & Reporting

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree, MBA, Insurance Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in insurance broking or general insurance company.
