- Handle outbound calls to potential customers and agency partners for motor insurance sales.

- Generate leads and convert them into sales by building strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the teams overall performance.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries.

- Work closely with the agency vertical team to drive business growth.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
