Job Description
- Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent
- Location: Hyderabad
- Job Type: Full-time
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Tele Sales, preferably in the Insurance sector
- Working Hours: 6 days a week, any one day off per week; Operating window from 8 AM to 8 PM

- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through telesales activities to promote and sell Insurance products, ensuring monthly sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Targets- Achieve their daily/Weekly/Monthly conversion and revenue targets.
- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients on selecting the most suitable insurance policies based on their needs, lifestyle, and financial situation.
- Policy Administration: Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all information is accurate and all requirements are met.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and assistance with policy inquiries, changes, and claims.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on market trends and new products to provide up-to-date solutions to clients.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards.
