Associate Sales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive sales growth.
  
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions using insurance products knowledge.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to improve sales strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales background preferred but not mandatory.
• Only Males are eligible
• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone/email/in-person meetings.
• Languages:Kannada and English
