Job Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst / HR Analyst to join our team at Pbpartners. The ideal

candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization, and the ability

to interpret complex datasets to provide business insights. The role involves creating

dashboards, analyzing incentives, and offering data-driven recommendations to improve

business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI to track business and HR metrics.

• Analyze incentives, performance data, and key business trends, providing

actionable insights.

• Work with Advanced Excel, SQL, Python to clean, process, and analyze large

datasets.

• Generate reports and present key findings to senior management.

• Identify patterns and trends to support decision-making in business and HR

operations.

• Collaborate with teams to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and

automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or business intelligence.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Python.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and business insights

generation.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business

strategies.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
