Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
