Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Consultant at Policybazaar.com located in Gurugram. The Associate Sales Consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and offering consulting services to customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry is a plus
