Job Description
- Recruitment Support:Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and applications, and schedule interviews
- Participate in initial candidate interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team
- Onboarding and Orientation:Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and welcome kits
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture
- Employee Relations:Support HR team in addressing employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement
- HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports
- Training and Development:Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback from participants
- Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
