Qualifications And Skills

Proficiency in the Montessori Methodology to integrate child-centered educational practices (Mandatory skill).

In-depth understanding of child development principles to cater to the educational needs of young learners (Mandatory skill).

NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) certification to apply pedagogical skills effectively in classroom settings (Mandatory skill).

Strong classroom management skills to maintain a supportive and productive learning environment.

Sharp observation skills to assess and respond to individual student needs.

Ability to communicate effectively with parents, providing updates and insights on child progress.

Experience in curriculum planning to design engaging educational activities.

Solid foundation in early childhood education to foster intellectual and social development.

Roles And Responsibilities

Implement a curriculum that reflects the educational philosophy of Podar Jumbo Kids, focusing on holistic child development.

Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment that supports all aspects of child growth.

Employ the Montessori methodology and NTT approaches to facilitate learning and cater to individual learning needs.

Regularly observe and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet the varied learning styles and needs.

Foster effective communication channels with parents to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

Organize and participate in events and activities to provide experiential learning opportunities for students.
