Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices (Mandatory skill).

Understanding of child development stages and appropriate activities (Mandatory skill).

Strong lesson planning skills to create age-appropriate learning experiences.

Classroom management ability to maintain an effective learning environment.

Creativity in designing engaging and innovative educational activities.

Effective communication skills to interact with children and parents.

Empathy and patience to address the varied needs of young children, ensuring a supportive environment.

Exceptional patience when dealing with young children and their unique demands (Mandatory skill).

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and implement a diverse range of activities to encourage early childhood development.
