We are seeking a Junior Yoga Instructor to join our team at Podar Education Network in Mysuru

The role is a full-time position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching yoga and promoting physical fitness within our educational environment.

Qualifications And Skills

Yoga Teaching (Mandatory skill):proficiency in guiding yoga sessions for a diverse group of students with different skill levels.

Physical Fitness (Mandatory skill):maintain a high level of physical fitness to demonstrate yoga poses and techniques effectively.

Patience (Mandatory skill):exhibit immense patience while working with students at various levels of yoga practice.

Meditation Guidance:the ability to instruct students in various meditation techniques to enhance mindfulness and relaxation.

Anatomy Knowledge:understanding the human body's anatomy to prevent injuries and provide safe practice adjustments.

Communication Skills:clear and effective communication to explain yoga poses, breathing techniques, and lifestyle advice.
