PocketFM - Visual Creative Lead (5-8 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Visual Creative Lead to conceptualize and execute stunning visual assets, motion graphics, and post-production edits. The ideal candidate has expertise in animation, generative AI, and post-production tools, and a strong passion for fantasy-themed storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Visual Strategy: Develop and execute high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and in-app content.

- Post-Production & Editing: Oversee video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound synchronization for promotional and content assets.

- Animation & Motion Design: Create visually compelling motion graphics and animations to enhance audience engagement.

- Generative AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to create innovative and scalable visual content.

- Fantasy & Genre-Specific Visuals: Design graphics and animations tailored for fantasy, sci-fi, and other immersive storytelling genres.

- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless blend of visual and audio storytelling.

- Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all creative assets.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in creative design, animation, or post-production, preferably in the entertainment or digital media industry.

- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion) to enhance creative workflows.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, animation, motion graphics, and fantasy-based content.

- Ability to visualize and translate storytelling into compelling visual content.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working on fantasy, sci-fi, or mythology-based content.

- Familiarity with AR/VR or interactive visual storytelling.

- Experience in audio-visual synchronization for immersive content.
