Job Description:

• Setup entire inventory of Pocket FM on App, WAP and WEB for direct & programmatic media

deal. Work with Google Ad Manager or internal platform to enable advertisement opportunities

(Audio, standard ad & video) from different DSPs and ad networks.

• Closely monitor app and websites to ensure ad module works intact. Provide trafficking, QA and

troubleshooting guidance on all campaigns. Debug and troubleshooting issues with campaign

delivery and performance.

• Monitor and optimize online campaigns for multiple markets through a dynamic ad server.

• Coordinate with Sales regarding innovations etc

• Assist with reporting, proposals and inventory management.

• Coordinate with Site partners on any major issues. Technical assistance with ad compliance,

creative, billing and other miscellaneous duties.

• Provide a variety of administrative functions necessary for the daily operation of the organization and fulfilment of advertising solutions.

• Verify weekly and monthly Delivery/Revenue reports and create monthly Invoice MIS Reports.

• Identifying process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow.

• Coordinate with legal and ad networks to create and sign legal agreements. Verifies contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency with internal order system.

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various operational tasks, including data management, data entry, and supporting ad operations activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data effectively using Excel, including data entry, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Assist in data operations, such as data cleansing, validation, and analysis.
• Support ad operations activities, including coordinating and executing ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of data management, including data entry, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Keen interest in operations and process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in operations/analytics
