About the Role:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate – Outdoor Marketing to join our team at PNG Jewellers Ltd, based in Pune. As part of the Luxury Goods & Jewellery industry, this role will focus on enhancing our brand presence through creative outdoor marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute innovative outdoor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that align with our brand objectives.
- Organize and manage high-profile outdoor events such as product launches, fashion shows, and exclusive client experiences.
-Work with external vendors, agencies, and brand ambassadors to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize the effectiveness of outdoor marketing efforts to achieve optimal results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in outdoor marketing to continuously improve strategies.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials including brochures, banners, and advertisements.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in outdoor marketing with a focus on the Luxury Goods & Jewellery industry is highly preferred.
- Creative and innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to identify target markets and analyse market trends.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and an understanding of their customers.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in outdoor marketing, preferably in the luxury goods or jewellery sector.
