Associate - Learning & Development

Role & responsibilities

• Design and coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences for employees across all levels of the organization
• Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective learning materials
• Conduct regular needs assessments to evaluate the training and development needs of employees and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management initiatives and career development programs
• Support the onboarding process by developing and delivering orientation sessions for new hires
• Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and follow-up evaluations
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure our programs remain innovative and impactful.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in learning and development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging and interactive training programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively to address training needs
