Territory Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Bancassurance professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the bancassurance channel.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through partnerships with banks and other financial institutions.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers at banking clients.
  
• Monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and feedback to team members, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in Bancassurance or related field (Life Insurance).
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services, including life insurance offerings.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for effective team handling.
