Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to company policies.
  
• Oversee insurance operations, including policy issuance, servicing, and claims processing.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Insurance Operations or related field (Branch Operations).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  
• Willing to relocate from Trichy to Chennai post six months of getting onboarded.
