Branch Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

1) Operations Strategy Implementation

- Define daily targets and performance measures for Policy & endorsement issuance to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction

- Execute implementation of necessary process changes across the team

2) Cost optimization

- Monitor team performance and work allocation to ensure optimum utilization of cost-effective resources driving efficient and consistent performance.

- Manage facilities and general administration of the office to ensure smooth functioning and reduction of operations cost

Execute and monitor team performance in the branch to ensure cost is under control for top spending expenses driving cost optimization

3) Functional/Operational

- Implement work processes (policy issuance and endorsements) for all lines of business to ensure adherence to defined TAT

- Issue policies, post policy endorsements and servicing for all lines of business from the allotted branch on SBI GIs systems while adhering to the process TAT

- Assist the internal audit team to ensure smooth execution of the internal audit process

Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decisions

4)Stakeholder management

- Resolve all internal customer queries on time for better customer service.

5) Training & Growth

- Identify training needs, design training courses, set training schedules, and conduct training sessions for the Operations team in branch.

Preferred candidate profile:-

1) 2 years of experience in an Insurance Company/BPO industry

2) Sound understanding and knowledge of general insurance

3) Compulsory Full time Graduation
