Territory Manager - Bancassurance

Key Responsibilities:
Handling a team of 10-15 FLS and generating business through channel partner.

Driving business through 20-30 PNB Branches in the Circle

Responsible for targets allocated to 20-30 PNB Branches

Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications

Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets

Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market

Build relationship with the business partners and address their queries.
