DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are currently looking for Candidates with BE / B Tech / Diploma Mechanical , having atleast 2-6 years of Sales Experience for Sr Sales Engineers in products like Solid Carbide Tools, Indexable Inserts, Reamers, Turning/ Milling / Boring Tools and / or similar industrial products (preferably having handled reputed international brands like Motherson Sumitomo, Sundvik Widia, Carobrandum Cumi, Ceratizit etc. and having worked with reputed Channel Partners/traders of these Brands) and / or Industrial & Speciality Lubricant having handled reputed international lubricant brands brands like KLUBER, Karl Bechem, GULF OIL, PANAMA PETROCHEM, EXXON MOBIL, SHELL , CASTROL, VEEDOL, Shell, etc., and similar industrial products. Candidate should have worked with reputed Channel Partners/traders of these above mentioned Brands handling Sales & Business Development, targeting Large and medium Companies in the industry.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients, developing and delivering sales presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. Additionally, the Senior Sales Engineer/Technical Sales Engineer will stay updated with the latest technological trends and will closely work with sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.Should have experience in achieving individual and team targets with a strong emphasis on new business development & customer retention.. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions, Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. Preparing reports for head office and Meeting regular sales targets.
Responsible for representing the product to customers and Supporting marketing by attending field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers ,
Administering client accounts, Recording and maintaining client contact data, Liaison with other members of the sales team and other technical experts,
