Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Manager

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are currently looking for Candidates from Sales Background, in industrial products like bearings, Gear Boxes, Seals, Industrial Couplings, Chains, Belts or any other Power Transmission Products from reputed international brands like TIMKEN, NSK, SKF, FAG, NTN, Nikki, INA, KOYO etc or any other similar Industrial Products or international lubricant brands brands like KLUBER, CARL BECHEM, GULF OIL , SHELL , CASTROL EXXON MOBIL, VEEDOOR similar industrial products. Candidate should have worked with reputed Channel Partners/traders of these above mentioned Brands to handle Sales & Business Development, targeting Large Companies in Mining, Steel and Other related Industries in Bangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum, and Goa. Candidates currently working anywhere in South India and willing to relocate can also be considered.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Should have experience in achieving individual and team targets with a strong emphasis on new business development & customer retention.. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions, Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs. Preparing reports for head office and Meeting regular sales targets.

Responsible for representing the product to customers and Supporting marketing by attending field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, and other marketing events Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers ,

Administering client accounts, Recording and maintaining client contact data, Liaison with other members of the sales team and other technical experts,

QUALIFICATION:

• BE / B Tech / Diploma Mechanical Candidate with 3 4 Years’ Experience for Senior Sales Engineers and 5-7 Years’ Experience for Assistant Manager having Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Sales experience industrial products like bearings, Gear Boxes, Seals, Industrial Couplings, Chains, Belts , Power Transmission Products or Industrial Lubricants of reputed International Brands will be added advantage and asset.
• Must have computer skills including Windows, MS Office, and Email.
• Self-starter with effective time management and organizational skills, with an Ability to travel as required for position in and around assigned territory
• Able to work with team members and our Principal Company as a team player.
