Product Head - Personal Loan (10-12 yrs)

- A Product Head is expected to have a start-up and digital mind-set.

- Prior experience in unsecure lending is must.

- Good understanding of Personal Loan product Lifecycle.

- Portfolio health and monitoring

- Product, process Design & execution

- P&L responsibility, distribution and manpower aligment

- Knowledge of CRM/ CBS / LMS.

- Facilitate system and process automation.

- Coordinating with credit, risk, ops, IT and sale team.

- Coordinating with marketing team for product advertisement.

- Adhere to RBI guideline and regulatory compliances.

- Analytical approach on market trends and competition's offering.

- Budgeting and cost analysis, Pricing

- Strong leadership and team building capability.

- Hiring, grooming and retention in product team.

- Develop and modify product and policies.

- Ability to create or modify product policies in line with market.

- Ability to think out of box for business expansion.

- Ability to give demonstration / training to sales team.

- Develop KRA / KPI for sales profile.

- Product support in terms of handling customer complaint, various MIS preparation
