Job Description - A professional who organizes, plans, and executes projects while working on budgets and tight schedules. Will lead teams, define project goals, communicate with stakeholders. The incumbent must have managed a team of 50-80 people. Good team handing experience and proven experience in Agile (SAFe preferred) methodology. Able to do risk management, audits, and resourcing. Sound knowledge of project process and improvement areas for team development, have good experience in execution of T&M and fixed price projects. Will be responsible for gross margin calculation, cost optimization, resource management. The candidate must have good communication skills and is able to interact with the client.
