Community Development Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Engage country-specific local project management, PMO professionals and industry influencers.
• Through events and other engagement techniques, engage existing local partners, PMO professionals, and related organizations.
• Effectively run marketing campaigns and engage with your target audience.
• Drive online and physical events as part of the community initiatives of PMO Global Institute Inc.
• Grow PMO Global Institute's membership by 20% every quarter.
• Facilitate PMO Global institute local and regional chapters
• Recruit project management volunteers and drive them to archive the goal

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in community development and engagement initiatives
• Experienced in volunteer recruitment and community initiative
• Experience in managing online webinars and events

• Performance Bonus: Normally, 2-3 bonuses are disbursed per year. Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.
