Role & responsibilities

• To monitor sales & collections.
• To achieve reasonable sales targets with the help of the sales team.
• Plan extension activities based on the season, like demonstrations, farmer meetings, postering, etc., & execute all such activities accordingly.
• Monitor demonstrations, their results, and conduct farmer meetings in accordance with the help of seniors.
• Appoint new dealers & maintain dealer networks.
• Collect data of farmer meetings (details of farmers, photos of farmer meetings) and send it to the head office in digital form.
• Conduct a study/survey of a specific subject/issue, and as per the instructions of the head office, send observations of the same to the office.
• Promotion, sales, and marketing of products.

Preferred candidate profile

Must prefer Vegetable Seeds presales, B2B, and B2C Sales experience
