Job Responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up with leads.

2. Update Sales CRM Software (Paramantra) with feedback and notes.

3. Coordinate site visits.

4. Create site visit reports.

5. Drive bookings and manage site office.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2. Proven real estate plot sales experience (4 to 6 years).

Required Skills:

1. Strong communication and organizational skills.

2. CRM proficiency.

3. Negotiations skills.

4. Field sales experience.

5. Knowledge of sales process, reporting, analytics.
