Facilitate a conducive HR / IR climate on the Site by appropriate engagement of all Site Staff Workmen under the local statutes.
Execute all Compliance activities in line with the Statutes Setting up, Functioning & Reporting of all Forums/Committees under the Factories Act, Standing Orders Act, ID Act, ESI Act, etc.
Support the various different businesses operating the multi BU site on site.
Recruitment / selection / Onboarding of Operators / Trainee Operators / Apprentice / Contract personnel for all BUs on the site.
Liaise / facilitate / execute all IR/HR/Compliance activities with all external authorities. Illustrative list consisting of Factories Inspectorate, ESI Authorities, Labor authorities, etc..
Facilitate/execute adherence to all AN internal compliance activities (in HR sphere) like CoC, HSES, Careful communication, IP Rights, POSH etc
Manage all Bangalore Site legal matters (execution) under the guidance of the AN India Legal counsel.
Facilitate Salary reviews/compensation issues resolution of all Operators & Contract staff inline with the AN and local market practice/levels.
All Admin activities of the site.
Responsibilities
Plan, manage and execute the HR / IR functions on site. Plan and execute Engagement activities. Compliance statutory matters for the multi BU site @ Bangalore
Provide full IR / HR/ Compliance services to the A & AC business on site.
Manage / executive all Factory administration activities / needs of the organisation.
Manage / Executive all factory transport / travel related work at site. (Transport request to bill payment complete cycle)
Manage all utility related payments to respective service providers.
Manage / maintain the Canteen/cafeteria at Site ensuring full HSE/hygiene compliance to both AN global and Local statutory requirements.
Responsible for entire House keeping/cleaning of the Site. Upkeep of the total site all except inside production floor Responsible for Site Security. Responsible for Site Landscaping.
