Lead Instrumentation Engineer

Based in our Bangalore Office, PM Group have an opportunity for an experienced Lead Instrumentation Engineer who will work with PM Project office on multiple Projects in Europe/ USA .

• To support Ireland Team for Instrumentation Design and Deliverables on various projects as part of a multidiscipline project team .
• Instrumentation engineering design services. This includes (but is not limited to) Instrument Index, I/O Lists / Allocation, Instrument Spec ification / Data Sheets, Layouts, Cable Containment, Block Dia grams, System Architecture,
• ATEX / Hazardous area compliance (including IS calculations)
• Lead scope of work for Instrumentation design which includes Engineering deliverables and drawings (Layout, loop etc) .
• O wnership of the Instrumentation design scope of work and deliver in time with quality.
• Instructing to Designers (CAD/Revit/3D) for Instrumentation schematic and Loop drawings
• Tender preparation and cost estimates
• Mentor Instrumentation engineering s taff at junior and intermediate level.
• Ability to manage the Co-ordination of the Bangalore and Project office design team and external stakeholders

• Degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics/ Electronics and Communication from reputed University / College.

• 1 2 + years of formal experience with EPC / Engineering Consultancy firm .
• Experience to lead a team of Engineers and Designers.
• Experience on US/ Europeans Projects is advantage.
• Proficient in the use of Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) & digital project delivery
• Advanced knowledge of all applicable Instrumentation engineering codes, standards and acceptable industry practices

• Remote working with International offices/ Vendors/ Clients.
• Commercially aware and have ability to undertake value engineering activities and implement new technolo gies where they are implemente d to provide costs effective solutions for our clients .
