Senior Electrical Engineer

PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-disciplined team of over 3,600 people, we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.

Due to our on-going success securing large-scale projects for 2025, we have a requirement for Senior Electrical Engineer join our Electrical Department at Bangalore.

Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

• Coordination with other PM Group offices to understand the scope of work, deliverables , timelines , man hours etc.

• Preparation of high and low voltage equipment layouts, general lighting layouts , fire alarm and security system electrical design for pharmaceutical cleanrooms and other light industrial buildings .

• Coordination of design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliers .
• Preparation of high and low voltage equipment layouts, general lighting
• layouts, fire alarm and security system electrical design for Chemical/ petrochemical industries .
• Capable to originate design deliverables for basic and detail design which includes Design basis, MV and LV power distribution, generators, UPS systems, primary cable routing, cable containment system design, lighting & emergency lighting, small power, ICT systems, fire alarm, security, lightning protection, Earthing & Bonding.

• Coordination of design with other design disciplines and equipment suppliers .

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering .

• 10 + years experience with an EPC firm working on electrical services design .
• Detailed design experience of high and low voltage equipment layouts, general lighting layouts, fire alarm and security system electrical design for pharmaceutical cleanrooms and other light industrial buildings .
• Ability to coordinate with other teams members including Architecture, Mechanical Services and Instrumentation engineers .
• Design experience with clients from Europe and the USA is an advantage .
• Good interpersonal and communication skills .
